The Irish Branch of the Society
of Recorder Players meets every month from September to June
in Booterstown Community & Arts Centre, Booterstown, Co. Dublin, near
the centre of Dublin.
We meet on the third Saturday of each month, except when this
might cause problems for members, e.g. major public holidays such
as Christmas, Easter, St. Patrick’s Day, etc. (See the Programme
of meetings for exact dates.)

Autumn 2018 is now available.
There is a break for tea (50c), chat and announcements between
4:15 and 4:30.
Visitors are always welcome - regular attenders usually become

20-21 October 2018
|We generally run one playing
weekend during the year. These are conducted by an
SRP conductor, or by a local visiting conductor. They consist
of a series of playing sessions from Saturday morning to Sunday
The next one will be on 20th / 21st October 2018.
We run one or two one-to-a-part
playing days during the year. These are
usually on a Sunday, and last all day. The next one will be
the Spring of 2019.

We do not run the Irish
Recorder and Viol Course every year in the third
weekend of August, but members of the branch are heavily involved
and a large proportion of the membership attends each year.
